March Beer Dinner (March 20th)


The cost for the dinner will be $30/person (plus tax and 20% gratuity), and will feature four courses, each paired with a beer. See below for the menu (subject to minor modifications if necessary).

Please Note: Due to limited ingredients and space available, we're only able to accept the first 21 registered attendees for our March Beer Dinner.


Amuse Bouche

  • Xalapa brined & smoked chicken drumette glazed in a pineapple chipotle sauce and crumble blue cheese

  • Paired with Opener

First Course

  • Roasted Brussels sprouts with honey sriracha glaze

  • Paired with Simcoerillo

Second Course

  • Xalapa ricotta, Stone Age bread topped with House pickled celery, radish, red pearl onions, cauliflower, and sweety drop peppers and micro cilantro, goddess drops

  • Paired with Only Gose to Show (Lime)

Third Course

  • Porter Braised lamb shank, roasted cipollini onions, potato colcannon. Garnished with a malt vinegar gastrique and a lovage, parsley, and mint salad

  • Paired with Sweet Water Street

Fourth Course

  • Banana pudding, bourbon barrel aged maple whipped cream, nutter butter wafer crumbleq on a frozen chocolate covered banana

  • Paired with Professor Cocoa P. Nuts
