May Beer Dinner (May 13th)


The cost for the dinner will be $30/person (plus tax and 20% gratuity), and will feature four courses, each paired with a beer. See below for the menu (subject to minor modifications if necessary).

Please Note: Due to limited ingredients and space available, we're only able to accept the first 25 registered attendees for our May Beer Dinner.


First Course

  • Smoked cauliflower hummus with house black pepper crackers and Parmesan pita chips

  • Pairing TBD

Second Course

  • Bay scallops ceviche cured in our Only Gose to Show, with chilies, avocado, cucumber, lime, bell peppers, and fresh herbs.

  • Paired with Only Gose to Show

Third Course

  • Osso bucco over a saffron risotto cake with a rich beef gravy. Served alongside smoked baby vegetables and gremolata.

  • Pairing TBD

Fourth Course

  • Peanut butter pots de creme with a chocolate Italian meringue cookie, peanut brittle crumble, and a Sweet Water Street reduction.
