The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

If Only Gose to Show wasn’t delicious enough already, we took it a step further by laying it in a tequila barrel for 7 months. The result is a refreshingly tart, salty, complex lime sour with a smooth finish. It’s the taste of long summer days and enjoying the good times, and we’re excited to share it with you all once again.

The beer that fate brewed, this refreshing orange blonde is a tribute to Forrest Wells Baker, who made his dramatic entrance into the world right in our very own parking lot in August 2024! Dad Aaron and mom Kyle enjoy their fruited blondes, so we designed a fun recipe, adding vanilla for a sweet smoothness, to celebrate an amazing story. Come grab a pint and raise a glass to Forrest!

Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
Simcoerillo is a Midwest IPA brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name Simcoerillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

Our latest amber was brewed with summer hanging in mind, under sunshades on a patio, around a campfire in the woods, experiencing the return of fireflies to backyards! Light, sessionable, and smooth, Glowbuzz shines!

Rich and smooth, toasty and roasty, this delicious coconut porter begins to turn the page from summer to fall for our taplist. Light at just 4.5% and with generous additions of flaked coconut, this beaut hits the marks through fake fall, third summer, and whatever else our great state throws at us from here!
