COMPANY HISTORY

We first opened our doors on Black Friday, November 28, 2014 with 5 total employees and a dedication to the craft. The beginning was in the space now affectionately called the Cabin with an initial capacity of 99 guests. The business started brewing in the space where our kitchen now exists sharing space with a much simpler kitchen that was started 6 months into operation. 

As we quickly gained dedicated customers, we looked for expansion and in 2016 expanded into what is now called the Forest. The expansion was met with overwhelming support from the community. At that point we outgrew the small confines of the kitchen for brewing and we purchased an off-site production facility at 3618 Gembrit Circle, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 in 2016 and expanded from a 3bbl brewhouse to a 15bbl brewhouse. 

Our next major expansion occurred 5 years later in 2021, as we took over yet another space in the strip mall, creating the Wizard’s Pinball Palace with a huge variety of pinball machines, arcade games, pool tables, and plethora of dart boards!
