FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

OUR PUB

Do you take reservations?
In order to best accommodate our guests, we’re predominantly a first-come, first-serve restaurant with a capacity of over 400 people! And that number goes up on patio-friendly days. But we do accept reservations Monday through Thursday up until 5 pm. Fill out our Reservation Form and we’ll reply back within 48 hours!

What’s the parking situation? Are you easy to get to?
Super easy! We have a large FREE parking lot in front of our pub, which is located right off I-94 and just a mile from U.S. 131! Come on in and check us out!

Are kids allowed?
Yes, we’re extremely family-friendly. We like to think of ourselves as a place where families can come to spend time with one another, away from our usual screen-filled lives! We’ve got 100+ board games, a MASSIVE arcade, including a separate kid-centric space with games that most appeal to them. Come on out for some together time!

Can we bring our pets?
Unfortunately, no, unless they’re registered service dogs. Michigan health departments prohibit animals in areas with food service, so we are unable to accommodate pets at our pub, even the patio.

I see some awesome local art on the wall. Who do I contact to be considered?
We love highlighting locals artists on our pub walls! Shoot us an email at info@onewellbrewing.com with photos and proposed pricing so we can see if we’re a good fit.

I’ve got a group hitting your place up for a birthday party. Are we able to bring a cake to share?
Yes, so long as it comes from a commercial kitchen or is store-bought. This is a health department rule we must follow.

Will you have the game on?
We pride ourselves on being a gathering space where people connect, so no TVs here! We’re all about relaxing and connecting with friends and family!

OUR DRINKS

I don’t see any brewing equipment at your pub, do you brew your own beer?
We do! We’ve got an off-site production facility about a mile from our pub with a 15-barrel system and a team of four brewers working hard to give you all a wide selection of awesome beers!

Do your ciders contain sulfites?
Yes, we use sulfites and sorbates to suppress fermentation by slowing down the yeast, allowing more of the sugars from the fruit(s) to remain for added sweetness and fruit flavor. Remember, yeast eats sugars, so by slowing down (note: not totally killing) the yeast, it allows us to back-sweeten our ciders and seltzers with additional fruit juice. In short, it is an all-natural additive and totally safe for human consumption. But 1% of people have allergies to sulfites, which is why we include the disclaimer!

Do you have any non-alcoholic drinks?
We’re proud to be a place for everyone, and that includes a robust offering of non-alcoholic drinks, including N/A beers (FLVR from Untitled Art), mocktails (Sober from B Nektar Meadery), pop (including our own house-made Well-Made Root Beer), our own Riptide hop water, iced tea, and lemonade!

Do you have a Mug Club?
We do! In fact, it’s over 2,100+ people strong! Check out our Mug Club page for more info about both our Lifetime and Annual Mug Club Membership!

Do you sell kegs?
Yup! Check out our Draft Beer page for current selections, including root beer. We do our best to keep that list up-to-date, but if you’re planning a trip for something specific, please contact us at the pub at 269-216-3037 so that we can ensure product availability! Ready to order? Email us at info@onewellbrewing.com. Please specify if you are looking for a 1/6bbl (40 pints) or 1/2bbl (~120 pints). We also rent hand pumps. Don’t forget, because our production space is off-site, we need some notice to have it available at the pub.

OUR FOOD

Do you have gluten-free options?
Absolutely. Accommodating dietary restrictions is kind of our specialty! We exclusively use rice flour on our dishes, and carry gluten-free bread and pizza crusts. Look for GF and GFA in our Online Menu for all our many options!

Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
With a vegetarian owner, it’s a main focus of our menu. We make our own seitan and offer industry-leading plant-based chicken and chorizo as well. We’ve even got a dedicated vegetarian fryer so you can order from us with confidence!

How often do you change your menu?
We pride ourselves on always having something new to share, so we’ve designed a food program with a new rotating menu item every week! Sign up for our weekly email and follow our socials to keep up to date on all our new food and drink options!

OUR ARCADE

Do your games take money or tokens?
All our games take cash, mostly quarters, and we’ve got both an ATM and multiple change machines on site! With 50+ pinball machines, 20+ arcade machines, 4 pool tables, racing games, basketball pop-a-shot, air hockey, bubble hockey, claw machines, foosball, DDR, Guitar Hero, Golden Tee, Buck Hunter and a photobooth, there’s no boredom happening here!

Any restriction on the arcade?
Just a few!

1. No food in the arcade. We just want to keep everything as clean and well-maintained as possible and appreciate your understanding!
2. Must be 18+ to play pool or darts. No exceptions, even for parents with their kids.
3. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Let’s keep it fun for everyone!

Can you explain duckpin bowling a bit more to me?
Well, for one, it’s awesome! Duckpin bowling is kind of like a cross between regular bowling and skeeball, and the pins are on strings. It’s got a smaller ball, smaller pins, and shorter lanes. And it’s a ton of fun! We’ve got three lanes with tons of game options to customize the game the way you want to play. Check out our Duckpin Bowling page for more info, and keep an eye out on our socials for the next Roll Well Duckpin Bowling League!

Do you run any leagues for your games?
A bunch actually! We’ve got a regular Roll Well Duckpin Bowling League that runs four seasons a year on Mondays, a Throw Well Dart League that runs from January to April and September to December on Tuesdays, and weekly Flip Well Pinball Events on Wednesdays! Additionally, we’ve got a monthly Dungeons and Dragons League that usually meets the third Tuesday of the month. Oh, and Sunday Pub Trivia. Phew.

Do you do pinball repair?
We don’t, but highly recommend Portage Pinball Repair. They keep our machines running great!
