The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

All the cranberry flavor, none of the ridged gelatinous mass! This Thanksgiving favorite felt like the perfect fit for the season, providing a sweet, lightly tart cranberry flavor without having to deal with your weird uncle!

The creation of our Head Cellarman Jake, nicknamed “Monkey”, this beer practically named itself! This dark lager is smooth, with notes of toffee and caramel, it’s a perfect fit for fall.

If the name sounds familiar, but not quite right, not to worry - your brain isn’t rebelling against you! Rogue Red is the beer that (slowly) becomes Ruby Rouge, a barrel-aged wild sour that develops over several years. On its own, this malt-forward amber ale is the right choice for beers with friends, foes and scallywags alike.

Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
Simcoerillo is a Midwest IPA brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name Simcoerillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT - CANS AVAIlABLE!
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

Bad Adz is a smooth brown ale brewed with a malt-forward focus that produces a slightly toasty and sweet, nutty flavor with hints of raisin and caramel. Named in honor of talented woodworker Tim Overhuel's Bad Adz Custom Wood Design, the world of One Well would not be the same with Tim's time, energy, and materials to help make our taproom OUR taproom.
