AMERICAN PILSNER | 4.4% | It's all in the name, this easy-drinking lager is made for sunny days. Whether on our Campground patio or your own backyard, Easy Drinker is your new light and refreshing go-to beer!

XALAPA
NON-SPICY JALAPEÑO BLONDE | 5.2% | The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper” that’s been bred to remove the capsaicin (the spice!), this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with a jalapeno slice or mix things up with a Bloody Mary mix!

MICHELADA | 5.2% | A plantastic mix of Xalapa, jalapenos, pickles & Bloody Mary mix.

STATE OF BEAN
BUTTER PECAN COFFEE BLONDE | 5.5% | This unique blonde ale uses Butter Pecan coffee from Kalamazoo Coffee Company, a custom blend of lighter malts, and a dash of nutmeg to create a highly drinkable brew with a mellow sweetness and nutty notes.

ONLY GOSE TO SHOW
LIME GOSE | 4.4% | The margarita drinker’s beer, Only Gose to Show is a party of fresh squeezed lime and salt, tart and refreshing with a low ABV to keep the party going all day long!

IT’S OUR THING
RASPBERRY SOUR | 5.6% | Approachable, refreshing fruited sours - It's Our Thing! This kettle sour is a punch of fresh raspberry, tart on the tongue but won't make you pucker your way to heartburn city! A true ode to the freshness of spring, It's Our Thing is a dose of liquid sunshine with each sip.

IRISH STEREOTYPE
IRISH RED ALE | 5.9% | Originally the creation of recent brewing intern, Tobin, this to-style Irish Red hits all the right notes, with a robust malty backbone and dry finish. Tobin passed his final exam with flying colors so we thought we'd bring it back for some St. Paddy's Day fun! Pairs well with corned beef!

WELCOME TK! 
AMBER ALE | 5.9% | This delicious amber ale is heavy on caramel goodness, light on hop bitterness, for an easy-drinking refresher! Named in honor of Head Brewer Trevor Klimek's first ever brew with One Well, it gained added significance as a celebration of the birth of his son, Theo, another TK! Just like the Klimek boys, this brew will brighten your day, and at 5.9%, you can keep the good times rolling all day.

STRAIGHT FORWARD
HARD CIDER | 6.2% | Hard cider fermented to a dry crispness. Like Michigan itself, Straight Forward is a year-round hit - perfectly refreshing from fall harvest to winter lounging to spring vibrance to summer fun!

CHEERY CHERRY
CHERRY CIDER | 6.2% | Tart cherries play off semi-sweet apples for this smooth, refreshing cider that welcomes spring to the Midwest. As temps increase and that mysterious orb in the sky makes its way into our lives again, Cheery Cherry is the perfect pairing with Vitamin D to brighten your days!  Contains sulfites.

RIPPED RIGHT
HAZY IPA | 7.0% | Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

GOTTA RIP THIS
TERPENE-INFUSED IPA | 5.8% | We’re flying high again this year about the release of Gotta Rip This, with some tweaks this year to keep things fresh. This year’s batch once again highlights the dank King Louis XIII, but we added SFV OG for some old school skunkiness for an absolute celebration for your senses! It has no THC, but you'll think you just walked into a dispensary with the insane aroma of this one.

WHOPPY
CITRA IPA | 6.0% | Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

SIMCOERILLO
MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5% | SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

CHINOOK CUP CHAMP
PALE ALE| 5.2% | Every year, hop farms across Michigan expertly tend to their bines to produce the highest quality hops possible, and in the case of Chinook hops, there’s an annual contest to select the very best. For the 2023 harvest, that honor - and the beautiful Chinook Cup - went to Top Hop Farms, and we had to get our hands on them for this throwback old-school pale ale big on danky goodness, low on unnecessary hype. Its beauty lies in its simplicity - a really well-made pale ale ready for your after-work refreshment or reward for chores well-done!

MORAL SUPPORT
SESSION IPA | 4.8% | Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

BAD ADZ
BROWN ALE | 5.5% | Bad Adz is a smooth brown ale brewed with a malt-forward focus that produces a slightly toasty and sweet, nutty flavor with hints of raisin and caramel. Named in honor of talented woodworker Tim Overhuel's Bad Adz Custom Wood Design, the world of One Well would not be the same with Tim's time, energy, and materials to help make the taproom OUR taproom.

SWEET WATER STREET
COFFEE DONUT PORTER | 7.3% | Coffee. Donut. Porter. We use Bang! cold brew coffee from Water Street Coffee Roaster and plain Sweetwater Donuts to create something special in Kalamazoo. What more would you want out of a breakfast inspired porter?

FOREVER FLUX
RASPBERRY COCONUT PORTER | 6.7% | This beer tastes like a fancy date night. Picture a chocolate-covered raspberry with a touch of toasted coconut, all in beer form! With a creamy mouthfeel, the deep berry flavor balances with coconut sweetness, complemented by a layered malt body for a complex beer made for great conversation and nightcaps.
