JALAPEÑO BLONDE - 5.2% ABV - The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper” that’s been bred to remove the capsaicin (the spice!), this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with a jalapeno slice or mix things up with a Bloody Mary mix!

CITRA IPA - 6% ABV - Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

COFFEE BLONDE - 5.5% ABV - Bright and light, this coffee blonde ale showcases a butter pecan coffee from Kalamazoo Coffee Company at center stage. Packing the aromatic punch of a frenetic coffee shop, State of Bean is the perfect intersection of beer and coffee and will leave you in a balanced bliss.

BLONDE ALE - 5.5% ABV - Opener is an American-style blonde ale with moderate hoppiness. Opener got its name because it was featured at One Well's grand opening and because we think it is a great entry-level beer for the folks that are looking for a way to open the door to the flavors of new and different craft beers.

MIDWEST IPA - 6.5% ABV - American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

COFFEE DONUT PORTER - 7.1% ABV - Coffee. Donut. Beer. This porter combines a labor of love from Sweetwater's Donut Mill and a special organic coffee from Waster Street Coffee Roaster. It's the best way to enjoy your breakfast staples all day long!

TERPENE-INFUSED IPA | 5.8% | We’re flying high again this year about the release of Gotta Rip This, with some tweaks this year to keep things fresh. This year’s batch once again highlights the dank King Louis XIII, but we added SFV OG for some old school skunkiness for an absolute celebration for your senses! It has no THC, but you'll think you just walked into a dispensary with the insane aroma of this one.

RASPBERRY COCONUT PORTER | 6.7% | This beer tastes like a fancy date night. Picture a chocolate-covered raspberry with a touch of toasted coconut, all in beer form! With a creamy mouthfeel, the deep berry flavor balances with coconut sweetness, complemented by a layered malt body for a complex beer made for great conversation and nightcaps.

PALE ALE| 5.2% | Every year, hop farms across the state expertly tend to their bines to produce the highest quality hops possible, and in the case of Chinook hops, there’s an annual contest to select the very best. For the 2023 harvest, that honor went to Top Hop Farms, and we had to get our hands on them for this throwback old-school pale ale big on danky goodness, low on unnecessary hype. Its beauty lies in its simplicity - a really well-made pale ale ready for your after-work refreshment or reward for chores well-done!

OATMEAL STOUT - 7.2% ABV - A robust and complex oatmeal stout which has a full flavor to compliment a full mouthfeel. Oats give the beer a fuller and smoother mouthfeel to go with our roasty and malt forward focus.

BROWN ALE - 5.5% ABV - Northern England-style brown ale named after our wood design guru, Tim Overhuel, and his company, Bad Adz Custom Wood Design. Bad Adz is a smooth yet complex beer brewed with a malt bill that produces a slightly toasty and sweet, nutty flavor with hints of raisin and caramel. Tim provided a lot of the natural wood materials, design and labor that make our tap house unique, so we decided to name a beer after him. Cheers to you, Tim!

DOUBLE IPA - ABV: 9.6% - We took crowd-favorite Whoppy and sent it into overdrive, boosting the ABV and hop bill into a resinous, rich treat for the senses. A double wheat IPA loaded with Citra hops, this intense golden brew delivers an aromatic punch of passion fruit and grapefruit. If you like a Whoppy, you’ll love Sloppy Whoppy.

HOLIDAY AMBER ALE - 6.0% ABV - A celebration of the season, Wish You Well is a beer built on quality time with loved ones. An amber ale with just the right amount of cinnamon and ginger, this seasonal favorite tastes best when shared with friends and family.

SESSION IPA | ABV: 4.8% | Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

A true collaboration of some of our favorite partners over the years, this beer is an amazing combination of Water Street Coffee and Sweetwater's Donut Mill, which is then sent to slumber in Journeyman Distillery barrels! You won't want to miss this complex 11.5% boozy beauty!

IMPERIAL STOUT - 10.5% ABV - Well balanced, the malt characters jump out of this beer with notes of chocolate, caramel, and a smooth mouthfeel consisting of some residual sweetness From the Belgian candy syrup used. Aged in Bourbon Barrels.

LIME GOSE - 6.2% - If Only Gose to Show wasn't delicious enough already, we took it a step further by laying it in a tequila barrel for 7 months. MÄRZEN - 6% - The taste of fall is here, and it's tasting better than ever. Our Oktoberfest is true to the historic style made popular through an annual celebration in Germany, this year running from September 16 through October 3. A smooth breadiness and sweet caramel malt steals the show, and drinkability is king on this seasonal favorite. It always goes faster than we plan so don't miss out!
